Private Tuition
At Internal Alchemy we can offer private to those who would prefer to learn in this way.
Private tuition would be ideal for those who want to start their journey in Tai Chi or Qigong or for those who want to improve their practice.
Private tuition is also great for those who want to experience more in-depth and advanced training. It also benefits people who have concerns or anxious about learning within a group.
With private tuition you can work at your own pace and focus on the areas that you want to study, whether it`s working more towards developing you health and fitness, self-defence or the meditative aspects of the Chinese internal martial arts.
People who study this way learn a lot faster then those who attend a large group session.
What is on Offer
Pretty much anything that you would like to learn. This can be Tai Chi, Qigong, pushing hands, application, standing meditation and our connection to nature.
Information hand-outs and videos are given to those who commit to regular private tuition.
The Cost
£50 per hour
This reflects the depth, experience, and quality of instruction you'll receive, a serious investment in your long-term health, development, and understanding of internal martial arts.

Before You Book
